Meet Sabina

I am a social impact strategist and systems leader, with over 20 years of international experience in promoting justice, equity, and a better world for all.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been zoomed out and observing situations from a bird’s eye view.

What made me a bit of an odd child now adds the most value to my clients, enabling them to make strategic decisions in a fulsome, systemic context.  Over 15 years in the not-for-profit world, I immersed myself in various roles in diverse cultural contexts, ranging from community engagement and relationships to advocacy and sustainability, and culminating in systems-level adaptive strategy. 

Today, when my clients sift through complex realities to align their assets to their intended impact, I am present to both their pain points and their immense potential to create transformative change, especially with a community-powered approach. 

I apply all the skills in my toolbelt to support my clients in their quest, holding space firmly from my perspective, with calm, active listening and appreciative inquiry. My clients have all the answers - my job is simply to help unearth them. 

When not working, I’m either with my family, or filling my cup in one of my communities: enjoying authentic conversations over delicious food, appreciating art or the outdoors, or - my biggest passion - immersing myself in music.
